Step Three

Open the other two files, Tables1.pdf and Figures1.pdf in the same Acrobat window. Resize the files to fit in the right-hand half of the window. It does not matter which file is on top. If you can't see all three files in the Acrobat window, click the Cascade Option under the Windows selection on the tool bar.

At this point, you should have an Acrobat window open with the text file on left side and Tables1.pdf or Figures1.pdf file visible on the right. Links have been set in these files that will allow you to view the text and appropriate Figure/Table simultaneously:
